The Menominee Tribal Court is pleased to announce the publication of new Pro Se forms that will be made available on the Tribal Courts website for public use. We would like to express our gratitude to our College Intern, Leah “Katie” Cox. Katie worked for the Menominee Tribal Court as our intern when she was home from Haskell during the summer of 2025. During this internship, Katie was tasked with developing a library of Pro Se forms specifically to be used by the public when they file in Menominee Tribal Court. Her work will benefit all court litigants and provide a user-friendly library of forms. The Pro Se Forms included: Civil Forms Eviction CH 480 (Private) Grandparent Rights Probate Remedial Forfeiture

The Menominee Tribal Court is happy to now offer an On-Line payment option on the Menominee Tribal Home page. Go to the www.menominee-nsn.gov home page and select the Pay On-Line tab from the upper right and scroll through the departments to locate the Courts link. The Court has designated some rules for our internal processes and application of your payments. They have been attached below. Please review them carefully.
